The Broadway company
The announced Broadway cast includes Cassie Beck, K. Todd Freeman, Francis Guinan, Adrian Martinez, Al’Jaleel McGhee, Thomas Sadoski, Ivy Wolk, and Liza Colón-Zayas. These eight performers make up the company for Bruce Norris’s ensemble play.
The official credits and production announcements are the best source for the current lineup. If you are attending a specific date, remember that an announced cast does not guarantee every performer appears at every performance; check any posted understudy notice or production update.
An ensemble built around confrontation
The story follows four men living in a group home after convictions for sex crimes against minors. The arrival of a survivor, played by one member of the wider company, disrupts an already uneasy household. The ensemble structure allows the play to move among different reactions to accountability, control, and the possibility of change.
Rather than relying on a single lead, the drama depends on how each person responds to the same confrontation. The cast works in a close setting where quiet exchanges and shifts in power can matter as much as a direct argument.
